Communication Policy
We treat communication as part of system design.
Data Minimization
Form submissions are not stored in databases. Messages are encrypted at origin before leaving the server. Transport relays cannot access message content.
Separation of Domains
Web infrastructure and communication channels are isolated. Inbound messages terminate in a dedicated encrypted mail domain.
No Automated Routing
We do not use ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or automated lead processing. All responses are handled directly.
Logging
We avoid persistent logging of message content. Operational logs are limited to technical metadata required for system integrity.
Cryptographic Identity
Our public key fingerprint is published for independent verification. Encrypted communication is supported.
Communication channels are intentionally limited to reduce attack surface and operational exposure.
